The policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

This is a digital product. Access is granted immediately once a payment is verified, and the full curriculum, the price and the access period are set out on the product page before you pay.

Before you buy

We would rather tell you plainly before you buy than argue about it afterwards. Read the curriculum, watch the free preview lesson when it is published, and ask us anything you are unsure about first.

What we will fix

If the problem is a duplicate charge or missing or incorrect access, contact us and we will correct it.

Duplicate charge for the same order.
Payment taken but access not granted.
Access granted for the wrong product or the wrong period.
